All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia 

What payment options do you have?

We accept Visa/Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay 

Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs? / How long will it take my order to arrive?

We offer Express Shipping for Australian customers and Standard Shipping for International customers.

AUSTRALIA

  • $10 STANDARD SHIPPING 

  • $15 EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-3 Business days after dispatch).

NEW ZEALAND 

  • $18 STANDARD SHIPPING 

INTERNATIONAL

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

We offer express flat rate shipping for international orders.

  • $24.95 STANDARD SHIPPING

Unfortunately in the world's current economic situation this time can vary and is unfortunately out of our hands. We provide all our customers with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your parcel online. Please reach to info@growbydesign.com.au if you have any shipping queries.


Will I be charged customs and import duties on my order?

DUTIES & TAXES

For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note that GROW BY DESIGN cannot cover the cost of import duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office. Grow By Design will not be held responsible for customs delays, duties or taxed that may apply.

How can I change the currency on your website?

All prices are displayed in AUD 

What is your returns policy?

We hope you absolutely love your GROW BY DESIGN products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns on all full-priced items for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We are able to accept your return provided that:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
    The item is returned in the original packaging, in the original condition. 

  • The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

How do I return my order?

Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?
