SHIPPING INFO

We offer Express Shipping for Australian customers and Standard Shipping for International customers.

AUSTRALIA

  • $10 STANDARD SHIPPING 

  • $15 EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-3 Business days after dispatch).

NEW ZEALAND 

  • $18 STANDARD SHIPPING 

INTERNATIONAL

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

We offer a flat rate shipping for international orders.

  • $24.95 STANDARD SHIPPING

Unfortunately in the world's current economic situation this time can vary and is unfortunately out of our hands. We provide all our customers with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your parcel online. Please reach to info@growbydesign.com.au if you have any shipping queries.

DUTIES & TAXES

For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note that GROW BY DESIGN cannot cover the cost of import duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office. Grow By Design will not be held responsible for customs delays, duties or taxed that may apply.


PLEASE NOTE;

  • GROW BY DESIGN cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • GROW BY DESIGN are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.

  • If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.

  • Due to the recent global implications of the Coronavirus, limitations on deliveries and extra precautions, such as quarantine, are causing some delays on shipping. Our couriers have advised that alternative solutions have been implemented to keep services moving at a reasonable pace whilst following precautionary measures as necessary.

REFUNDS 

We hope you absolutely love your GROW BY DESIGN  items as much as we do, but for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns on all full-priced items for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We are able to accept your return provided that:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is returned in the original packaging, in the original condition. 

  • The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  1. Email info@growbydesign.com.au with your order number and the name of the items you wish to return.

  2. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Grow By Design will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.

  3. Ship your parcel back to the address provided below. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

  4. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!

 IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

  • Please email info@growbydesign.com.au with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, store credit or refund as soon as possible

  • Any faults that occur after 1 month will not be accepted

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty**
